*Budget for first place trip is determined by net placed total for the winning agent for the business counted in the contest period. For example, 100% net placed = $10,000, 83% net placed = $8,300, 47% net placed = $4,700, 0% net placed = $0, etc.
RULES:

#1 seeds only compete against one other competitor during week 1

Seeding was based on app count totals from Aug 12-Oct 13 with tie breakers based on APV

This is a double elimination tournament - if you lose in the Producer's Bracket, you will moved to the Producer's Redemption Bracket where you can continue to compete for the second place prize

NO SANDBAGGING! Holding business to pad your numbers for upcoming weeks will result in being disqualified.

All participants must be registered for the 2018 Leadership Conference in order to compete.
EARNING POINTS:
-
1 point earned per app
-
1 point earned per direct recruit
-
Applications written on yourself or your immediate family members will not be included in your contest numbers.

Contracts for direct recruits must be complete (including any required supporting documents) and a copy of the recruit's insurance license or proof of passed exam must be included or that recruit will not count for that week.

All applications must be entered into the Opt system and received by the SFG Home Office before each week's turn in deadline.

All business must be submitted to the SFG Home Office and entered into Opt by midnight EST on Fridays or it will count for the following week. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Apps that require contracting: any pending items from your contract must be submitted to the SFG Contracting Dept by 5pm EST on Fridays or the business will count for the following week.*
If you write an app that will require contracting, tell the SFG Contracting Dept ASAP or you run the risk of your business not counting for that week.
PANCHO VILLA RULE:
If you have 4 or more points for the week and at least $4,000 APV and are NOT the winner of your bracket, you can steal a spot from another bracket winner who has 3 points or less OR less than $3,000 APV. If you have won your bracket with 3 points or less OR less than $3,000 APV for the week then your spot could be forfeited to someone from another bracket who earned more than 4 points.
*Steals are granted based on the number of winning spots eligible for forteiture and are given out in order of highest points earned.
TIE BREAKERS:
In the event of a tie, the win will go to the producer with the highest APV for the week ($5,000 max credit applies).
