We are thrilled to announce our 2017 philanthropy partner as Make-A-Wish Foundation!
The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Make-A-Wish granted nearly 14,000 wishes last year alone – each one a life-affirming testament to hope, inspiration, and resilience. Wishes strengthen wish kids and their families, rally communities together, and change the lives of everyone involved.
On November 9, 2017 (the day following the 2017 Leaders Workshop), we will converge on the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina for the Rock2Rock Challenge. The event will be located on the beautiful grounds of Camp Rockmont in Black Mountain, NC.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
All who participate in fundraising are invited to the post-race party.
$1,000: Individuals who raise $1,000 may participate in the 5k or 10k race and will receive tickets for a free meal and two beverages at the post-race party. Each participant must raise a minimum of $1,000 by 12:00pm EST on November 8. Couples who plan to participate in the race will need to raise $2,000.
$250: Individuals who raise at least $250 by 12:00pm EST on Nov 8 will receive tickets for two free beverages at the post-race party.
All proceeds will go directly to The Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Not only does Symmetry want to raise $100,000 for Make-A-Wish, we also want to raise awareness for this amazing organization and the vital support they offer to families around the country.
Together we can share the power of a wish so…get your hiking shoes ready and join us for a great day in the mountains of Western North Carolina!

1pm: Registration Opens - all racers and fundraisers who earned food/beverage tickets should check in at registration
2pm: 10k begins (racers must be registered by 1:45pm)
3pm: 5k begins (racers must be registered by 2:45pm)
4pm-7pm: Post-Race Party (food, drinks, and music)
Everyone is welcome!
In addition to raising funds for this great cause, our Direct Agencies have an opportunity to win a team dinner at Native Kitchen & Social Pub following the Leaders Workshop on Nov 8. The Direct Agency with the highest fundraising wins!
