The CRM aspect of Switchboard acts as a multi-channel centralized communication portal that comes with a personalized business phone number, outbound email, outbound phone calls (click-to-call) and outbound voicemails.
With Switchboard, agents can create campaigns for several lead types including mortgage protection, final expense, and term and permanent life insurance. The campaigns come with inbound funnels for calls, texts, web presence and lead nurturing.
