Eric enjoyed a successful career in the food and beverage industry, opening stadiums and arenas across the country, as well as managing private country clubs and golf courses in Southern California.

Before Julie joined Symmetry, she was the co-owner of a salon and day spa in downtown Los Angeles, and also freelanced as a publicist for artists and musicians.
